Although we spent thousands on upgrades to the bathroom and kitchen, in the end, to see him roll his wheel chair outside and cut some flowers, or sleeping there in the sun, gives us such relief knowing he is not stuck inside his apartment. Your resources and local community contractors assisted us with dads move and created some new relationships for him.

Our kids had us over for their first BBQ on Sunday. Debbie, although the kids ended up finding a home privately, your wealth of knowledge and time and effort were not overlooked. We will refer all our friends and family members to you in the future. Being first time buyers, they would have taken anything in their price range, but you discouraged them to find the right home with the least amount of work and in a good location. Location is so important for re-sale you said. They have sent you a day at the spa gift certificate, so enjoy.
